Snow

We got lots of snow this weekend a little over a foot. On Friday, I took the kids out to the back yard and we went sledding down our little hill. It was cold the kids did not stay out very long. Today is Jillian's and Nate's first day off from school - yahoo. The kids are excited about Christmas. We read Auntie Claus and Peek-a-Boo in day care. We also sang holiday songs for parachute time and went out in the snow for a couple of minutes. That was a production trying to find one missing glove.

December Fun

It has been a busy month. Jon has been busy getting the room ready for the girls. He hung the sheet rock and has been working on the electrical and then he needs to mud it. The kids have been counting down to Christmas with their advent calendars. We put up our tree and Jon put up lots of colorful lights outside.

This week we have been pet sitting Abby, Cooper and Paco for Mame Ma and Papa while they are off to see the mouse in Florida. We had a slumber party for the day care on Friday and watched all the Christmas specials. On Saturday, the kids went to Brendan's birthday party at the kid's gym.

We had a great day today at the Capron Park Zoo. It was much better than I could have imagined taking 6 children. Jillian enjoyed feeding the goats and looking at the meer cats. Josephine was looking for zebras saying "zebra, zebra, zebra". When I told her

Nathan has been sick all week and woke up last night at 3am with the stomach bug again. If he has any more incidents, he will see his doctor tomorrow. Despite not feeling well, he enjoyed dancing to his jam and playing with play-doh. Jillian played at Emily's after school and was very proud that she got to make pizza with her friends. Josephine enjoyed pretending to be a "little mommy" by reading stories and diapering dolls.
